Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field with three years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design practices.
• Ability to design and develop instructional multimedia products.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized consultation to educators on course design, learning outcomes, and teaching identity.
• Contributes to faculty development programming and workshops.
• Supports Communities of Practice for course and pedagogical design challenges.
• Creates and revises course design documents and curriculum maps.
• Advises on instructional strategies, delivery technologies, and assessment approaches.
• Engages with current scholarship in teaching and learning for ongoing professional growth.
• Participates in unit planning and coordination with campus partners.
