Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, curriculum & instruction, professional development or related field with five years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, pedagogy and learning science.
• Ability to design, implement and assess teaching and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to educators on course design, pedagogy, learning outcomes and assessment.
• Lead design and delivery of faculty development programs and workshops.
• Mentor colleagues in instructional design and professional development.
• Guide large-scale course design and curriculum mapping across disciplines.
• Advise on instructional strategies and delivery technologies to meet objectives.
• Engage with scholarship in teaching and learning and present at conferences.
• Contribute to unit planning and cross-campus collaboration.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
