The University of North Texas System is seeking an Instructional Design Consultant to advance innovative learning programs in Denton. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design accessible, outcomes-driven experiences across online, hybrid, and in-person delivery.

As a lead learning designer, you will guide projects through the full design lifecycle, ensure quality and continuous improvement, and translate organizational goals into engaging learning solutions that support

Qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field and three years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Advanced knowledge of learning experience design principles.
Ability to design for online, hybrid, and face-to-face delivery.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of accessibility standards.
Experience with learning technologies and multimedia development.

Responsibilities

Lead learning projects from concept through implementation.
Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning goals.
Design and develop learning experiences, assessments, and supporting resources.
Evaluate learner characteristics, requirements, and accessibility considerations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Apply QA standards and continuous improvement practices.
