Ideal candidates will be strong writers and visual communicators, able to simplify information, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with SMEs, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, instructional design, education, graphic design, multimedia production, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in content creation, communications, learning content development, or related role.
• Portfolio of past work or personal projects required.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain learning content across formats.
• Translate complex information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.
• Apply brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and content design best practices.
• Support video scripting, storyboarding, basic editing, captioning, and file management.
• Maintain content libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
• Review and revise content based on feedback and business needs.
• Leverage content creation tools and platforms to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage assigned content projects from intake through completion.
