Job summary

Equifax in USA/St. Louis-Clayton seeks a Learning Content Consultant to drive learning architecture, content stewardship, and performance consulting across WS talent initiatives. You will design content ecosystems, lead strategy, and occasionally facilitate learning experiences.

You will leverage LMS tools, collaborate with HR partners, and advance learning measurement to demonstrate business impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Learning and Development experience in a large global or multinational company and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and multiple learning technologies to enable highly impactful experiences that deliver business results
• Demonstrated expertise in content strategy and learning measurement including measurement through LMS, learner surveys, tool engagement etc.
• Strong background in leadership and soft skill development
• Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global / matrixed organization
• Ability to manage the content lifecycle and governance across complex, matrixed environments
• Experience with the administration of courses and data in a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Proven track record of hands‑on execution with business impact
• Expertise with learning content development software and tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond etc
• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop workflow processes to create, update, and maintain knowledge articles

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
• Design and develop learning content architectures including eLearning modules and microlearning
• Lead development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives
• Occasional facilitation of live or virtual sessions (10–15% of the role)
• Oversee content lifecycle and governance across assets
• Collaborate with leaders to create immersive experiences for learners
• Build dashboards and reports to measure engagement, content efficacy, and ROI
• Stay abreast of learning technologies and trends and drive in-house innovation
