The position manages all user services in the Learning Commons at Perry Library, including help desk, equipment loan program, and workshops/events hosted in the Learning Commons, to ensure that all services function efficiently and effectively. Provides high quality customer service at the help desk and assists users with research, circulation, library, student support services and technical questions. Trains, supervises, and evaluates classified and hourly staff that support the activities listed above.
