Brave Generation Academy is seeking a Learning Coach to support learners aged 12–18 within our online-plus-guided in-person model in Oklahoma City. You will tailor guidance, monitor progress, and help students navigate the American Curriculum and University Pathways.

Training will be provided and collaboration with families is integral. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, curriculum guidance, and community involvement, with on-site work and opportunities to contribute to a growing U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Moodle and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to a group of learners aged 12–18.
• Inspire learners to own their personal development and create weekly activity plans.
• Maintain open communication with learners and parents to build trust and collaboration.
