Job summary

Brave Generation Academy in Oklahoma City is seeking a Learning Coach to support learners aged 12 to 18 within our innovative, hybrid-inspired model. You will tailor guidance, coordinate weekly activity plans, and work closely with families and Learning Coaches to drive personal and academic growth.

The role requires a university degree and at least 3 years in education, with hands-on use of Moodle and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in education or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Individualised support for learners aged 11–18.
• Inspire ownership and help learners plan weekly activities.
• Maintain open communication with learners and parents.
• Guide academics in the American Curriculum and University Pathways.
• Engage with the local community through workshops and events.
• Administer exam registrations, write progress reports, and help manage hub budget.
