Job summary

Eardley Education Solutions is a dynamic learning center in Miami, FL, seeking a Learning Coach to deliver multisensory interventions in one-on-one or small group settings. You will implement lesson plans created by Student Success Coordinators to promote growth in reading, math, and executive functioning.

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute in Miami-Dade.
• Full or part-time availability; weekend availability preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and creating a safe learning environment.

Position Summary

As a Learning Coach at Eardley Education Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing research‑based, multisensory interventions for reading, comprehension, executive functioning and math to our students. You will work with students in a one‑on‑one or small group setting, implementing custom‑created lesson plans designed by our Student Success Coordinators to promote growth in these skills. These lessons may be delivered in‑person at one of our learning centers, the student’s home, or virtually through our platform, Lessonspace. Training is provided and travel between students is reimbursable.
