Job summary

Eardley Education Solutions is a dynamic learning center in Miami, FL, seeking a Learning Coach to deliver multisensory interventions in one-on-one or small group settings. You will implement lesson plans created by Student Success Coordinators to promote growth in reading, math, and executive functioning.

This role offers part-time hours, travel between students, and training. You will work in-person at learning centers, at students' homes, or virtually via Lessonspace, with reimbursement for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute in Miami-Dade.
• Full or part-time availability; weekend availability preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.
• Track and monitor student progress and communicate with instructional leaders, and the student’s parents or guardians as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of learning sessions, student performance, and attendance
• Some travel within Miami‑Dade or Broward County is required.
