Blue Mountain Resort in the United States is seeking a qualified candidate to support talent operations in the Learning Center. You will manage scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and reporting while collaborating with marketing and HR.

This role requires strong guest-service orientation, detail, and adaptability to onsite and occasional remote work, with opportunities to grow within hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee scheduling, assignments, training feedback, and related data in Flaik.
• Coordinate squad leaders, coaches, and other staffing roles.
• Collaborate with Marketing for website and social media content advertising Learning Center.
• Recruit for season ski and snowboard instructors: sourcing, phone screens, interviews.
• Assess applicants' skills to determine best fit at Learning Center.
• Partner with HR for onboarding.
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION:

• An ability to provide outstanding guest service
• Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to stay organized
• Tech savvy with an aptitude for learning new software systems quickly
• An ability to compile simple and complex reports
• Demonstrated soft skills including the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely when communicating with the resorts leadership team
• A flexible schedule is needed along with the ability to work both onsite and remotely on occasion

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Manage employee scheduling, assignments, training feedback, and related data within the companys Flaik software
• Coordinate squad leaders, coaches, and other special staffing roles
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department for website and social media content advertising the Learning Center and its offerings
• Manage the recruiting for a high volume of season ski and snowboarding instructors, with duties including sourcing, performing phone screens, and scheduling interviews with management
• Assess applicants skills and abilities to determine best fit within the Learning Center
• Partner with the Human Resources Department for a seamless employee onboarding experience
• Must possess the ability to work a flexible scheduling as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays
