Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking an organized professional to manage Learning Center staffing and recruitment, ensuring top-quality guest service. You will coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and trainings while collaborating with Marketing and HR to support resort operations.

Ideal candidates show strong time management, adaptability to evening/weekend shifts, and a knack for using Flaik software to track roles and performance.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding guest service and create a welcoming experience.

• Leverage software and learning new systems quickly.
• Compile simple and complex reports for leadership review.
• Present ideas clearly when communicating with resort leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee scheduling, assignments, training feedback, and related data within Flaik software.
• Coordinate squad leaders, coaches, and other staffing roles.
• Collaborate with Marketing for website and social media content promoting the Learning Center.
• Recruit for high-volume seasonal ski/instructor roles, including sourcing, phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
• Assess applicants’ skills to determine best fit within the Learning Center.
• Partner with HR for smooth onboarding of new staff.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Can Expect

• Manage the recruiting for a high volume of season ski and snowboarding instructors, with duties including sourcing, performing phone screens, and scheduling interviews with management


• Assess applicants’ skills and abilities to determine best fit within the Learning Center


• Partner with the Human Resources Department for a seamless employee onboarding experience


• Must possess the ability to work a flexible scheduling as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays
