Job summary

The Salvation Army in Columbus, OH is seeking a Full-Time Learning Center Director to reestablish and oversee five learning centers in the Columbus area. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build programs, curricula, schedules, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s mission.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education required; Master’s degree preferred.
• State of Ohio Teacher Certification preferred.
• Grant writing experience preferred.
• Highly organized with goal-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Current first aid, CPR, and child abuse training.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to obtain driving privileges.
