All Around Children in Cleveland, OH seeks a qualified Childcare Center Director to lead a high-quality preschool/childcare program. The role centers on instructional leadership, staff development, and community relations to build trust with families.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a leadership role within childcare, plus a CDA (or AA) in early childhood education and familiarity with Ohio licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a director or assistant director role in a childcare center
• CDA (minimum) and/or AA or higher in early childhood education or related field
• Knowledge of Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) and ODJFS licensing rules
• Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills

Responsabilités

• Supervise all center operations including staff, curriculum, enrollment and tuition management
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal childcare regulations
• Develop and implement policies to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Foster positive relationships with families and the community
• Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing training and support to teachers
