Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory in Columbus, OH is seeking a Full-Time Learning Center Director to reestablish and lead our five Columbus-area learning centers. An entrepreneurial spirit is essential to build programs from the ground up and provide strategic leadership over time.

You will develop curriculum, manage budgets, supervise site coordinators and staff, and cultivate partnerships with schools and community leaders while supporting grant writing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required.
• Master's degree in Education preferred.
• State of Ohio Teacher Certification preferred.
• Grant writing experience preferred.
• Highly organized with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Reestablish learning centers across five Columbus locations.
• Build programs from the ground up with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all learning center programs.
• Supervise site coordinators and staff.
• Develop and approve curriculum, programs, and schedules; manage budgets and fiscal operations.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local public schools, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
