Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of passionate educators and deliver our world-class early childhood program in Ohio.

You will hire, engage, and develop staff, partner with parents to provide the best care and education, and cultivate strong relationships with licensing authorities and the community. This on-site leadership role drives growth and quality at the center level.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience managing a team.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Budgeting and revenue-generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.
