Work Schedule: Part-Time | 20–25 hours per week | Afternoons (approx. 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour depending on experience

Under the direction of the Director, the Learning Center Coordinator & Lead Tutor supports the daily operations of the learning center, provides academic tutoring to students, assists with student transportation from local schools, and supports enrollment growth through family communication and program outreach.
The coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that the learning center operates smoothly while maintaining a positive and engaging educational environment for students and families.
This position works under the direction of the Center Director and may provide guidance and support to tutors and instructional staff during program hours.

This position requires the ability to move throughout the learning center, supervise students, and assist with classroom activities. Duties may include standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting instructional materials or supplies.
Work is performed in a learning center environment serving school-age children and adolescents. The environment may include moderate noise levels and active classroom settings during tutoring sessions.
