Job summary

La Escuelita in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Learning Center Coordinator & Lead Tutor to supervise daily operations, deliver tutoring in English, Spanish, reading, writing, and math, and support enrollment growth.

Under the Director, you will coordinate programs, assist with transportation, communicate with families, and help create a positive bilingual learning environment for K–12 students and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning center, tutoring center, or after-school program.
• Lead tutor, coordinator, or assistant experience is highly desirable.
• Associate's degree in education, child development, Spanish, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations: Support daily learning center operations, ensure a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
• Academic Instruction: Tutor students in English, Spanish, reading, writing, and mathematics (K–12).
• Student Transportation: Assist with picking up students from local schools and oversee safe arrival at the center.
• Enrollment & Program Growth: Conduct tours for families, follow up on inquiries, and support enrollment growth.
