Job summary

The role involves coordinating reporting on student outcomes, facilitating professional development, and ensuring rigorous assessment standards across the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
• Experience in academic assessment, instructional design, or program evaluation.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and institutional effectiveness frameworks.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with faculty and administration.
• Experience in a theological, seminary, or faith-based academic environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate student learning assessments aligned with institutional and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum assessment tools and outcome measurement strategies.
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for academic program improvement.
• Support faculty in integrating evidence-based instructional practices and learning technologies.
• Coordinate institutional effectiveness reporting and accreditation documentation related to student learning outcomes.
• Facilitate professional development workshops for faculty on assessment best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of assessment activities, findings, and improvement initiatives.
