Job summary

Busch's Fresh Market in Saline, MI is seeking a Learning Specialist to own the learning-content ecosystem, including Busch's University, instructor-led training, learning plans, assessments, and tools. You will translate L&D strategy into actionable programs and drive collaboration across teams.

The role requires managing learning content, projects, and systems, analyzing metrics, and leading change with support from the Director of Learning & Development.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Business or related field.
• 2+ years in learning and development, instructional design or related work preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, manage priorities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Busch's learning-content ecosystem including Busch's University, instructor-led learning, learning plans, assessments, and job aids.
• Manage the learning-content portfolio, track resources, gaps, and priorities; partner with the Director of L&D to align with business needs.
• Identify learning needs, content gaps, and improvement opportunities through partnerships and feedback; drive projects to completion.
