Job summary

Busch's Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist in Saline, MI to own and evolve our learning-content ecosystem including Busch's University, instructor-led training, and job aids. You will partner with leaders to translate L&D strategy into practical learning experiences and drive improvement across programs.

You will manage multiple learning initiatives, collaborate with SMEs and production partners, and ensure alignment with company standards while maintaining learner-centric design and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in learning and development or related field
• Instructional design and LMS experience preferred
• Experience with eLearning development and content creation preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Busch's learning-content ecosystem and resources.
• Coordinate with Director of L&D to prioritize work and keep materials current.
• Identify learning needs and gaps through partnerships and feedback.
• Lead learning-content projects from scope to completion.
• Translate strategy into actionable learning plans and manage multiple priorities.
