Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to hire a learning and development specialist who creates tailored learning experiences across the organisation.

You will blend programme design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and practical use of generative AI to address leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, and professional effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and significant professional experience in internal corporate learning and development, ideally within a global financial or matrixed organisation.
• Proven practical experience as a generative AI practitioner, with a track record of integrating AI into learning strategies and readiness content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with content leads and stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment to design, deliver, and evaluate customised learning programmes.
• Act as a daily practitioner of generative AI, identifying and implementing applications across learning design, content, delivery, learner experience, and workflows.
• Work with subject-matter experts to create workshops, tutorials, simulations, coaching, guides, and other formats.
• Facilitate sessions in your areas of expertise, with a focus on leadership and professional effectiveness.
• Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies across multiple concurrent programmes.

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to hire a learning and development specialist for a team that creates tailored learning experiences across the organisation.

You will combine programme design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and practical use of generative AI. The work covers professional effectiveness, writing, leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, and selected financial or technical skills, with responsibility for taking several workstreams from concept through delivery.

The Role

• Partner with content leads and stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment to design, deliver, and evaluate customised learning programmes.


• Act as a daily practitioner of generative AI, identifying and implementing applications across learning design, content, delivery, learner experience, and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree and significant professional experience in internal corporate learning and development, ideally within a global financial or matrixed organisation.


• Proven practical experience as a generative AI practitioner, with a track record of integrating AI into learning strategies and readiness content.


• A strong background in organisational L&D, specifically designing and delivering leadership development, manager development, and professional effectiveness programmes.


• Recent experience as an internal corporate practitioner.


• Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and communicate them clearly.


• Excellent organisation, judgment, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
