Job summary

Referment partners with a global investment and technology firm to hire a senior engineer who will lead practical AI initiatives within its people function. You will work across human capital, product management and software engineering to translate talent needs into useful, governed AI solutions.

The role blends hands-on prototyping with strategic direction: build Python prototypes, guide production integration, evaluate outcomes and help colleagues adapt as models evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least six years' experience in human capital, data science or technology development, including exposure to AI.
• Strong Python and data skills, with practical familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures and modern AI development tools.
• Knowledge of statistical methods; social-science research experience is useful.
• Evidence of delivering across ambiguous, cross-functional workstreams and influencing stakeholders.

The remit combines hands‑on prototyping with technical direction. You will build in Python, guide integration into production products, evaluate outcomes and help colleagues make informed choices as models and tooling evolve.
