About the Role: Reporting to the VP of People & Development- North America, the Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will be responsible for localizing corporate L&D initiatives while assessing and addressing the specific needs of our U.S. workforce. This role will work closely with local leaders to identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, facilitate training sessions, and align with global partners to ensure cohesion with global learning strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assess and analyze learning and development needs across the U.S. organization in alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Localize and implement corporate learning programs to meet regional needs and ensure relevance to the U.S. workforce focused on customer needs.
  • Partner with local leaders to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them.
  • Coordinate and organize training initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and participant engagement.
  • Enable local facilitation of training materials provided by the global L&D team.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve initiatives based on feedback and business objectives.
  • Leverage technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, to manage and track learning activities.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and recommend new learning strategies to enhance employee development.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers seeking guidance on learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS); experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
