Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to help develop the next generation of high-performing recruiters from our Florida team. This role is ideal for someone who has been successful in recruitment and enjoys mentoring teammates, onboarding new hires, sharing best practices, and helping others accelerate their careers.

You will deliver training to new and experienced recruitment consultants, coach on business development, candidate management, and deal execution, and support

• Previous recruitment or staffing experience.
• Proven success in a sales or recruitment environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience mentoring, training, onboarding, or leading others.

What You’ll Do
