Job summary

Lumicity is looking for an Associate Consultant in Miami, FL. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $75,000–$95,000 in Year 1.

You will build relationships with hiring managers, advise clients on their recruitment needs, and manage candidates through interviews, offers, and placements. The position emphasizes performance, growth, and a clear promotion path within a high-performance team.
