We are seeking a Learning Designer to support an Animal Health IT integration project by designing and developing training materials that support new systems and processes. This role will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and project teams to create engaging learning content that enhances user adoption and system understanding.
Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, and videos aligned with IT systems introduced by Project Tetris.
Translate complex IT and manufacturing processes into clear, effective training content.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure training materials meet business and learner needs.
Apply instructional design principles to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Deliver visually compelling and easy-to-understand PowerPoint presentations and e-learning experiences.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
Minimum 3 years of experience designing ILTs, e-learnings, and videos for L&D, Manufacturing, or IT environments.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical content.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience leading training development projects.
