About The Job

We are building out the L&D function from the ground up. This role will work directly with the Head of L&D to develop enterprise-wide learning programs, with a focus on manager training as an immediate priority. We seek a candidate with a learner-centric mindset who can design and deliver professional development and HR/People Process trainings, create toolkits, and manage learning content within Cornerstone (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing instructional materials, facilitating sessions, and measuring program effectiveness. The role is ideal for someone passionate about adult learning, creative, and comfortable with strategic design and facilitation.

What You’ll Do
  1. Collaborate with the Head of L&D, PBPs, and leaders to develop and implement effective learning initiatives aligned with company goals.
  2. Lead the full cycle of learning needs assessments, identifying gaps and opportunities, and delivering insights.
  3. Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that promote employee development and business success.
  4. Create learner-centered training solutions using instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, and Design Thinking.
  5. Develop instructional materials such as facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and job aids.
  6. Facilitate engaging live (virtual/in-person) training sessions, utilizing digital tools for interactivity.
  7. Work with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and alignment with business priorities.
  8. Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  9. Conduct 'train-the-trainer' sessions, providing ongoing support to internal facilitators.
  10. Plan and facilitate on/off-site trainings, workshops, and team sessions.
  11. Manage course content, track learner progress, and analyze learning data via Cornerstone and partner teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years in Learning & Development or Organization Effectiveness, including 5+ years in instructional design and facilitation.
  • Proven ability to independently design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences virtually and in-person.
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools, especially Cornerstone LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Captivate, and Articulate; desired skills include Slido, PowerPoint, Canva, Miro, Zoom, Rise, Vyond, Grovo.
  • Experience conducting learning needs assessments in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring and guiding diverse individuals.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Salary & Benefits

US Salary Range: $114,000—$171,000 USD. Compensation varies based on experience, education, and skills. Includes competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, paid leave, family support, mental health resources, development stipends, and more.
