We are building out the L&D function from the ground up. This role will work directly with the Head of L&D to develop enterprise-wide learning programs, with a focus on manager training as an immediate priority. We seek a candidate with a learner-centric mindset who can design and deliver professional development and HR/People Process trainings, create toolkits, and manage learning content within Cornerstone (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing instructional materials, facilitating sessions, and measuring program effectiveness. The role is ideal for someone passionate about adult learning, creative, and comfortable with strategic design and facilitation.
US Salary Range: $114,000—$171,000 USD. Compensation varies based on experience, education, and skills. Includes competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, paid leave, family support, mental health resources, development stipends, and more.
