The Operations Learning & Development team is responsible for empowering our team members to shine in their roles and grow amazing careers at POP MART! We bring this to life through training programs, leader-led coaching, job aids, our Learning Management System (LMS), and on-the-job learning experiences.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will bring learning to life in our stores. You will be a bridge between strategy and the store floor, supporting the development and execution of retail training initiatives across the organization. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of Learning & Development, with opportunities to grow into instructional design, program management, or leadership roles within POP MART’s People or Ops teams. While the role primarily operates during standard business hours, occasionally early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required to support store teams across time zones. We’re committed to building inclusive learning experiences that reflect and respect the diversity of our teams. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting learning programs that empower store teams to shine and help us ensure training is accessible, culturally relevant, and supportive of equity in career growth.
This is an onsite role out of our Los Angeles, CA office.
