We seek a collaborative and innovative Learner Experience Designer with strong Performance Consulting skills to join our Sales Enablement and Acceleration Team to co-develop experiential learning journeys for our technical sellers.
Collaborating with project teams, you’ll use your performance consulting experience, validated expertise in brain-based learning, and your innovative spirit to co-create experiential learning activities that enable our technical sellers to be situationally and technically fluent, building trusted partnerships with prospects, customers, and partners.
Your project teams consider you a trustworthy, creative, and collaborative professional. As a result, you have a proven record of developing learning experiences that enabled sellers to be technically competent and to build strong partnerships that drove measurable business growth.
