Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or PhD with defined experience.
• Strong emphasis on collaboration, teaching, and leadership in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the LEAPS core laboratory including safety and quality.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, equipment service needs, and budget.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation.
• Develop and implement methods using GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-HRMS for diverse samples.
• Interpret data, prepare reports, and provide client-facing results summaries.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day supervision of staff.
• Collaborate with researchers and industry clients on projects.
