Job summary

  • Willingness to relocate as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Gain market understanding through classroom training, process shadows, on-the-job experience, and site visits.
  • Develop and strengthen competencies required for the role and Senneca employment.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to manage business challenges.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, plan, lead meetings and manage timelines.
  • Conduct financial and/or data analysis as required by projects or rotations.
  • Deliver superior customer service internally and externally.
  • Interact with leadership, customers, vendors and employees to solve problems and protect assets.
  • Communicate effectively to influence and interact with customers and coworkers.
  • Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends and macroeconomic developments.

We are searching for an experienced LEAP Program Associate – Starting Summer 2027 at our Redmond, OR facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain a strong understanding of the market through classroom training, processshadows, on the job experience, and production site visits
  • Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employeeat Senneca
  • Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions to manage businesschallenges
  • Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans,create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables,communicate updates, create contingency plans
  • Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project orrotation)
  • Accountable for delivering superior customer service (internally or externally as required)
  • Interact with various levels of corporate leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems. Implement actions that protect company assets and profitability
  • Enhance ability to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, contractors and co-workers.
  • Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills
  • Must be a self-started and Remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publicationshighly motivated
