LEAP Program Associate – Starting Summer 2027

We are searching for an experienced LEAP Program Associate – Starting Summer 2027 at our Wilmington, NC facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gain a strong understanding of the market through classroom training, process shadows, on the job experience, and production site visits
• Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employee at Senneca
• Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions to manage business challenges
• Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate updates, create contingency plans
• Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project or rotation)
• Accountable for delivering superior customer service (internally or externally as required)
• Interact with various levels of corporate leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems. Implement actions that protect company assets and profitability
• Enhance ability to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, contractors and co-workers.
• Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills
• Must be a self-started and remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publications highly motivated
