Job summary

Senneca is seeking an experienced LEAP Program Associate to join our Redmond, OR facility starting Summer 2027. The role combines classroom training, site visits, and on-the-job rotations to build critical skills across leadership, project management, and business analysis.

You will engage with leaders, complete data analyses, and contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and protecting assets. Relocation may be required; immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, leadership, business acumen, project management, relationship building and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Gain a strong understanding of the market through classroom training, process shadows, on the job experience, and production site visits.
• Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employee at Senneca.
• Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions to manage business challenges.
• Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project or rotation).
• Accountable for delivering superior customer service (internally or externally as required).
• Interact with various levels of corporate leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems.
• Remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publications; be highly motivated.
