Responsibilities

  • Gain understanding of the market through classroom training, process shadows, on-the-job experience, and site visits.
  • Develop and strengthen competencies required for the role and as an employee at Senneca.

  • Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate updates, contingency plans.

  • Interact with leadership, customers, vendors, and employees to solve problems; protect company assets and profitability.

We are searching for an experienced LEAP Program Associate – Starting Summer 2027 at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain a strong understanding of the market through classroom training, processshadows, on the job experience, and production site visits
  • Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employeeat Senneca
  • Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions to manage businesschallenges
  • Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans,create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables,communicate updates, create contingency plans
  • Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project orrotation)
  • Accountable for delivering superior customer service (internally or externally as required)
