Job summary

Senneca Holdings is offering a LEAP Manufacturing Internship at our Mankato, MN facility starting Summer 2027. This internship provides in-depth exposure to the specialty door industry and the chance to learn from leaders while developing essential leadership skills.

The 10-12 week program allows you to work in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service or Quality, with hands-on projects, mentorship, and goal-driven development.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of your area of study in a manufacturing setting through training and on-the-job experience.
• Develop and strengthen competencies required for the internship.
• Lead or participate in projects with defined objectives, plans, agendas, timelines and deliverables.
• Complete financial and/or data analysis as required.
• Deliver superior customer service and interact with leadership, customers, vendors and coworkers to solve problems.
