Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain.
• Lean manufacturing experience required or training.
• Practical warehousing/logistics/operations improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest safety in all areas and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with receiving and receiving inspection for timely material flow.
• Manage supplier assessments for compliance and control.
• Develop metrics to monitor OTD, kit quality and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure storage environment parameters and visual management updates as regulations evolve.
• Implement cost-reducing, inventory-reducing processes while maintaining quality.
• Lead One Safran Lean initiatives (Kanban, Min-Max, VMI) per PFEP and ABC.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiencies.
• Oversee education, innovation and safety initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, develop and evaluate staff; manage promotions/transfers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
