Job summary

HumCap seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee inbound/outbound planning, manage stock with WMS, and generate actionable reports for management.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management, hands-on staff development, and strong MS Office/WMS skills. You will mentor staff, optimize space, and ensure safety and cost controls in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse management with production or distribution exposure.
• Experience developing and coaching team members.
• Proficient with WMS and MS Word/Excel; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing functions, including inbound and outbound planning and monitoring.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with WMS; track and route orders.
• Maintain item records and generate reports to monitor status.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff; provide training and development.
• Write performance appraisals and administer corrective action as needed.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Measure warehousing performance and counsel on improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security standards.
