Qualifications

• Conversant with Christian worldview and values in daily work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and process improvements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; experienced with ERP/WMS software.
• 5 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve warehouse flow and efficiency.
• Manage facilities maintenance and safety compliance.
• Oversee picking/packing processes and ensure accurate bin locations and restocking flows.
• Schedule warehouse staff and monitor KPIs such as on-time shipping and accuracy.
• Evaluate freight vendors and shipping carriers for cost efficiency and service.
