Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Logistics Lead in Mesa, AZ to oversee day-to-day movement, storage, and management of materials. Responsibilities include inventory control, labeling, receiving, and coordinating material flow to support production and timely operations.

You will ensure accurate lot traceability, support shipping/receiving, and promote a safe, organized work environment aligned with KAITEKI values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, material handling, or transportation.
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or MRP systems preferred.
• Ability to read and accurately complete paperwork, labels, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material and finished goods inventory in a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Receive, label, identify, and properly store materials using purchase order information and established inventory procedures.
• Maintain accurate lot traceability and bin locations within the warehouse and MRP system.
• Coordinate and perform material movement throughout the facility to support production and other departments.
