Living Spaces is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Fremont, CA to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume, multi-shift distribution center. You will oversee timely receipt, order fulfillment, and resource optimization within budget while driving continuous process improvements and engaging employees to support company goals.

The role requires LEAN expertise, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to productivity, safety, quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on LEAN management experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Proven leadership in large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong involvement in recruiting to maintain staffing with quality talent.
• Ability to drive productivity, safety, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Flex schedule with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Improvement and Operational Efficiency initiatives.
• Educate supervisors and staff on KPIs and best practices.
• Recruitment support to maintain staffing levels.
• Lead Process Managers and employees using performance tools.
• Ensure asset protection and maintenance of DC assets.
• Drive shipping commitments and customer service excellence.
