Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the AM shift in Fremont, CA, to lead a high-volume distribution center. You will drive LEAN initiatives, optimize staffing, and manage performance to meet safety, quality, and customer service objectives.

You will oversee recruiting, training, and development of supervisors and non-exempt staff, ensuring standard work and continuous process improvement across DC operations. A strong focus on efficiency and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on LEAN experience at management level.
• 5+ years prior management in a high-volume DC operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills."Insure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA" (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Improvement and Operational Efficiency initiatives with a data-driven approach.
• Recruit and hire to maintain staffing levels with quality talent.
• Design staffing strategies to flex with workflow and variations.
• Develop and mentor Process Managers and staff using performance metrics.
