Job summary

Safran seeks a Warehouse Manager in North America (Texas, Gainesville) to lead inbound material receiving, storage, and kitting for Safran Seats sites. You will drive Lean improvements, implement PFEP, Kanban, and One Safran initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/warehouse operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience (6 years).
• 3+ years in Manufacturing Ops, Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and regulatory compliance across all areas.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection and material movement to ensure timely flow.
• Lead supplier assessments and process control for services.
• Develop metrics for supply chain performance (OTD, quality, inventory).
• Manage storage parameters and visual, standardized workflows.
• Implement cost-reduction, inventory-reduction, efficiency gains.
• Lead One Safran Lean initiatives including Kanban and PFEP.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and evaluate staff; manage performance.
