Job summary

The Value Stream Supervisor (VSS) at TSS Denver oversees day-to-day production floor operations within the assigned value stream, ensuring safety, quality, and timely resolution of issues while driving continuous improvement to meet delivery and productivity targets.

You will mentor group leads, manage training plans, lead 5S and Kaizen activities, and collaborate with all departments to optimize workflow and sustain changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train across levels.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains understanding of all production processes in the value stream.
• Supervises Group Lead activities and sets performance targets with countermeasures.
• Manages team priorities, training plans, and tests on new products and tools.
• Identifies improvement ideas for paperwork flow, inventory accuracy, and quality control.
• Ensures on-time delivery and sustains changes in safety, 5S, and standard work.
• Participates in recruitment and conducts annual performance reviews.
