Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and growth. This role focuses on aligning the annual operating plan with customer needs and long-term financial performance.

You will champion lean initiatives, develop employees, manage budgets, and present results to leadership. Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in a manufacturing and maintenance organization.
• Six Sigma and Lean/Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Power BI skills are a plus.
• Lean Green Belt certification and Kata coach within one year could be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Owns, develops, and drives the continuous improvement roadmap to achieve objectives and future state vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute the Annual Operating Plan for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Growth.
• Champion kaizen events and support lean initiatives.
• Develop employees to reach their potential.
• Participate in budget planning and long-range capital planning.
• Summarize results and prepare leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations Excellence to guide teams.
