Job summary

Emerson Flow Control in Sherman, Texas is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a key manufacturing value stream at our North Texas facility. You will drive SQDCP performance, oversee lean transformation, and partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Technology.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of manufacturing leadership in high-mix, configure-to-order environments, a strong Lean background, and the ability to develop future leaders while delivering operational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; 8+ years experience allowed in lieu of degree.
4 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a discrete, high-mix, configure-to-order environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence.
Experience leading supervisors and cross-functional teams; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including machining, assembly, testing, and supporting functions.
Own SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) performance and drive Lean improvements.
Develop operating plans aligned with demand; optimize labor, inventory, equipment and capital.
Coach and develop supervisors, planners, engineers, and value stream leaders.
Collaborate across Materials, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Customer Service to remove constraints.
