The role emphasizes daily management, Lean initiatives (VSM, standard work, SMED, kaizen), staff development of supervisors, collaboration with Materials, Quality, and Engineering, and sustained improvements across multiple shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years leading production.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end value stream performance including EH&S, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Leads production supervisors and frontline teams; manages staffing and skills plan.
• Drives value stream mapping and Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Owns daily management and rapid problem-solving on the floor.
• Partners with Materials, Quality and Engineering on planning and line balancing.
