Southern Champion Tray, LP in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Value Stream Leader for the Printing, Cutting, and Gluing operations. You will lead safety, quality, throughput, and cost, while developing people and driving continuous improvement on the floor.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, a bias for data-driven decisions, and collaboration across Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, and Engineering. This is a 1st shift position at our Downtown Plant.

• Minimum eight years of experience in manufacturing and production operations, including supervisory or leadership responsibility.
