Job summary

Southern Champion Tray Llc in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Press Lead for nights to oversee offset/sheet-fed presses, ensure quality, safety and production schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in progressive print production and 3+ years operating offset/sheet-fed presses, with leadership experience. 3rd shift is 10pm–6am at the Downtown Plant, 220 Compress Street, Chattanooga, TN 37405.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5 years in progressive print production.
• 3+ years operating offset/sheet fed presses; folding carton experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production schedules; strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, setup, quality, and operation of print and sheeting.
• Coordinate and oversee production schedule for sheetfed/offset presses.
• Provide coaching and feedback to operators; troubleshoot production problems.
• Maintain 5S workplace cleanliness and safety training.
• Assist with press checks and communicate with customers.
