Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement professional to drive change across office and shop floor. You will lead value stream mapping, lean events, and training to build a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

You will collect and analyze data to reduce waste, improve profitability, quality, and safety, and act as a change agent to support lean transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for training and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean/CI change management across office and shop floor using value stream mapping and lean events.
• Assists data collection and analysis to improve waste reduction, profitability, quality and safety.
• Co-facilitates Kaizen events, CI projects, and improvement activities.
• Documents roadblocks and trains staff on Lean core criteria and standard work.
